About The Sessions
Sessions usually take place once a week, and last for 50 minutes. There are both daytime and evening appointments available to suit your needs. I provide both open ended and time limited therapy. Time limited therapy, which consists of a 12 session model, may be appropriate where there is an immediate crisis or clearly defined problem. I use CBT skills where appropriate. Please contact me for an initial consultation to discuss your individual needs.
Initial Consultation
This first meeting will take 50 minutes to an hour. It allows time to discuss your issues and expectations and to see whether you feel I am the right therapist for you. There is no obligation to take the therapy any further. Provided you were happy to proceed we would then arrange a regular day and time to meet on an ongoing basis.
Fees
Fees are £65 per session.
Discounts are available to those on low incomes.
