My Approach
I provide a safe and non-judgemental space in which we can talk about and make sense of your problems. Working through difficulties together will develop your self-understanding and awareness. Through the therapeutic relationship, aspects of current and past events in your life can be linked and understood, leading to a better understanding of how you relate and respond to people and situations. This new found awareness will hopefully enable you to make meaningful changes going forward. I offer open ended psychotherapy or short term therapy (usually 12 sessions). I use CBT skills where appropriate.
